Ellora Easton Plays "Safe & Sound" by Taylor Swift

A cover of "Summer of 69" by Bryan Adams

In this project Ellora learned two different guitar parts and recorded them both to support her vocal part.  The short insert at the end of the first verse show her playing my Larravee in Drop D tuning.

She's done a fine job here.  Look for many great things in Ellora's music future.

Bryan Adams' Summer of 69

from the album of the same name, released in 1984 was carefully treated with respect from this dedicated young artist.  This was her 2014 MSBM Award winning video.  Look for more from Ellora during our next production cycle.  She's very talented.

"Jolene" is a song written and performed by American country music artist Dolly Parton. It was released in October 1973 as the first single and title track from her album of the same name, produced by Bob Ferguson.   According to Parton, "Jolene" is the song most-recorded by other artists of all the songs she has written.

"Jolene" was nominated for two Grammy Awards for Best Female Country Vocal Performance (first for the original release and the following year for a live version); despite not winning originally, the song eventually earned Parton a Grammy Award 34 years after its original release, for a cover by the a capella group Pentatonix in which she was also featured.

With this production Ellora earns the prestigious title "Studio Musician." A Pathwork Studio Musician produces all the tracks in a project. They play all the parts and decide which parts should be recorded.
